Sarah Sirois Miga started singing at the age of 12. She began singing with the Children’s Chorus of San Antonio, which gave her the opportunity to perform with the San Antonio Symphony under the direction of Maestro Ken-David Masur, the San Antonio Master Singers under the direction of Dr. John Silantien, and the San Antonio Opera. She has studied privately with Irma Taute and, in high school, with Linda Poetschke of the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). Sarah has competed multiple times in the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS), competing at both the local and state levels, as well as in state UIL Solo & Ensemble competitions.

Sarah graduated from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee with a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance under the coaching direction of Dr. Marilyn Bulli and Dr. Michelle Alexander. She has performed as a soloist in both recital and choral settings. Sarah also holds a Master of Music in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy from UTSA. She enjoys working with each student and finding the best ways for them to learn in an enjoyable environment.

In her spare time, Sarah and her husband, Joseph, keep their hands full raising their five children.
