Matias Garcia, Piano Instructor

Matias Garcia was born and raised in Montevideo, Uruguay. He started playing piano and guitar during his elementary school years. He has played bass, guitar, and piano for different and varied musical groups/ensembles. Matias studied at La Academia de Oza in Montevideo before moving to the United States continue studying music at the collegiate level. Matias is currently a music major at the University of Texas at San Antonio where he studies music composition and jazz. He also has experience playing multiple styles of music such as classical, rock, jazz, blues, and pop.
