Marissa Garcia, Office Lead

Having come from a very musical family, with a cousin in a famous country band on one side and an uncle who toured throughout the country in a rock band on the other, Marissa grew a love for music when she was a kid. Marissa played violin from the 5th grade until she was a freshman in high school, where she then made the switch to choir, making Varsity by the time she was a sophomore. She still has a continued passion for singing and would eventually like to take on piano. Marissa previously worked at an elementary school for almost 3 years, working with students from all grades. Some of her favorite things are gaming, K-Pop, painting, being around her loved ones, and spending time with her cats named Prudence, Rita, and Lucy. To this day, Marissa still surrounds herself with music that inspires her as she tries to inspire others.
