David Rueda, Violin Instructor
David Rueda’s musical journey began at the age of 5 when his parents enrolled him and his twin brother in piano lessons. In the 5th grade, he took up the violin and immediately fell in love with the instrument, setting the stage for his future in music where he now holds around 5 years of teaching experience.
David has been earning his formal education in Music Education at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), where he has honed his skills and knowledge. During his time at UTSA, David has been involved with the Mariachi Los Paisanos, representing the university at the Mariachi Vargas Extravaganza. Away from the musical realm, David holds a fascination for airplanes and dreams of one day obtaining his private pilot’s license. In his leisure time, he enjoys following NBA basketball and NCAA football.
