Lilly Schnieders, A.A., Events Manager

Lillian (Lilly) Schnieders is an experienced events and operations professional with a background in music, education, administration, and live event production. She specializes in making complex events look easy, overseeing everything from venue coordination and event planning to on-site logistics and production support. As Events Manager at San Antonio Music Academy, she enjoys creating opportunities for students to share their music with the community and helping bring each event from concept to completion.

Lilly’s background in music and education gives her a unique perspective on the work she does at SAMA. Before focusing on events and operations, she worked as a private music instructor and elementary music teacher, teaching piano, voice, music theory, and music history. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Music from San Antonio College and has performed as a vocalist in both classical and musical theater settings. She especially enjoys finding creative ways to combine her love of music with her organizational and problem-solving skills.

Outside of work, Lilly enjoys spending time with her husband, their two sons, family, and friends. She is a lifelong lover of the performing arts, particularly Broadway and musical theater, and enjoys reading fantasy and mystery books and relaxing with a favorite sitcom or movie. She hopes to one day spend her time traveling and experiencing different cultures with her husband.
