Korbin was born in Dallas, Texas but grew up overseas until moving to San Antonio for college. Her passion for learning about human behavior is what drove her to pursue her study of psychology at The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). Korbin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2021. She has gained eclectic experience working with children as a babysitter, as a sales associate in retail, and as a research assistant at UTSA. Korbin comes from a very musical family and was always encouraged to incorporate music into her life in some way. A few ways that she tried to keep music in her life were through piano lessons at 8 years old and switching to voice in high school. She has recently picked back up guitar and voice and hopes to encourage the love of music with the students at SAMA.
