Kelsey Santoy, A.A.
Kelsey, a San Antonio native, has over five years experience in early childhood development. She gained this opportunity while working as an administrator at an inclusion pre-school and while substitute teaching for children of elementary school age. She has also served as the primary private caregiver for two children under the age of 6, teaching them sound values and practical skills such as reading and writing. Through her experiences, she has learned that she truly enjoys working with children of all ages and therefore has continued to pursue a position that complements and suits this strength. Kelsey received her Associate of Liberal Arts degree in 2018 and is currently a student of San Antonio College in pursuit to transfer for a bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Kelsey’s passion for music started early in middle school when she began to take viola lessons. In her role at SAMA, she hopes to spread the joy of music to others and looks forward to doing so in a genuine way that will further enhance the academy. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and her pup, Kona.
